Safe
AnimeXD installs nothing beyond the home-screen shortcut, creates no account and offers no file. It keeps your list, your viewing country and your episode marks in your own browser, listed on the privacy page. No page asks for a card and no player asks for a plug-in.
Legal
The anime plays on the service you pick from the Watch now list, and every service on it holds a licence for the country you selected. Choose the country you are in and change it on purpose when you travel.
Ages
The age guidance is on the service you open; the kids TV shelf is the gentlest, the dark fantasy shelf the least. Adult productions are not listed.
